Issue with "Sync Likes" Feature: Discrepancy Between Actual Likes and Synced Likes

Hi there! I'm experiencing an issue with synchronizing my liked tweets from Twitter. My Twitter page shows roughly 3,000 liked tweets, but the software has only managed to sync about 200. I've tried syncing multiple times, but the result is always the same.

I'd really appreciate some help with this! Could you please let me know:

Are there any troubleshooting steps or recommendations I can try to fix this?

If it's not a software issue, are there any settings on my Twitter account or within the software that I should check?

For reference, I'm currently using the basic subscription plan. Thanks so much for your assistance!

    I've pressed the sync button several times, but the last sync time hasn't been updated, and the prompt in the picture says it's already the latest
