Sync latest ~90 bookmarks, on over more than 2000

I am unable to sync all my bookmarks. I have used 1.0 version, maybe it is related. I didn’t know what to do, so I re-installed extension multiple times, but always sync only latest ~90 bookmarks, I don’t know why. I also tried on another computer, always same result.

Any suggestion is welcome.
